The piece
One stone in each ear, held in a simple open setting. The plainest thing we make.
A solitaire stud has nowhere to hide: the setting is a few fine prongs and nothing else, so almost all of the stone is exposed to light and almost all of it is visible from the side. It is the larger of our two classic studs. A push lock closes it, and the whole piece weighs less than a paperclip.
