The piece
A slim huggie lined with small stones, and one larger stone that floats just in front of it.
The hoop carries a single row of stones along its front and sits close under the lobe, the way a huggie should. From its lower end a fine curved wire rises forward and holds a round stone in four prongs, so the ear shows a line of light with a separate point beside it. It gives the look of two piercings from one, and closes with a push lock.
Wear it on its own. It already does the work of a stacked ear.
