These terms govern purchases from Aryamond Industries Private Limited. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable law.
Orders and prices
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we identify a genuine pricing or availability error before dispatch, we will contact you and return any payment rather than silently changing the order.
Prices shown include GST, and delivery is free on every order, so the price shown is the price you pay. Only three things are ever added, each shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay: gift packing or open box delivery if you choose them, and the cash on delivery handling fee if you pay cash on delivery. Your tax invoice is raised when the order is dispatched and shows the GST included in the price. Any payment condition is shown before the order is placed.
Payment
You can pay online by UPI, card or net banking, or with an ARYAMOND gift card. Online payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see or keep your full card details.
Cash on delivery is offered on orders of ₹9,999 or less at pincodes where our courier collects cash. The product page and your bag say whether it is offered at your pincode. You choose how to pay in your bag, before checkout.
Cash on delivery carries a handling fee: the higher of 1.5% of the price of the pieces or ₹50, rounded up to the next rupee, GST included. It is shown in your bag and at checkout as its own line before you place the order. Orders paid online carry no handling fee.
With cash on delivery, you pay the courier the order total, including the handling fee, in cash when the parcel arrives. The courier collects it on our behalf, and nothing more is due.
If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel, or it cannot be delivered, the order is cancelled and you owe nothing, handling fee included. If parcels to the same address or phone number are refused repeatedly, we may ask for online payment on later orders.
Open box delivery
Open box delivery is optional and costs ₹118, GST included, on orders paid online or cash on delivery. You choose it in your bag. The courier opens the parcel in front of you, so you can check the piece before you accept it.
If you refuse the piece at the door, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled. An order paid online is refunded in full except the ₹118 open box fee, because the check was carried out. An order paid cash on delivery owes nothing.
Product information
Every jewellery piece is described as 925 sterling silver. Stones are lab-grown: moissanite in the white pieces, and emerald, ruby or sapphire in the green, red and blue ones. Lab-grown means the same material as the mined stone, formed in a laboratory; it is not a simulant, and moissanite is not a diamond.
Product images are representative. Handmade pieces, screen rendering and stone placement can produce small visual differences without changing the ordered design.
Cancellation and after-sales service
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled and the 7-day return policy applies after delivery.
Manufacturing defects remain covered for 12 months from delivery, subject to the warranty and care policy.
