An ARYAMOND gift card can be spent on everything we sell, in one purchase or across several. It does not expire. If a piece costs less than the card, the balance stays on the card for next time; if it costs more, pay the difference however you normally would. Gift cards are issued by Aryamond Industries Private Limited.
Buying one
Choose an amount, tell us who it is for, and add a message if you would like one. We can send it to the recipient by email on the day you choose, or send it to you to pass on yourself.
Buying a gift card does not incur tax, because a gift card is a form of payment rather than a purchase. Tax applies in the usual way to whatever the card is eventually spent on.
Spending it
Enter the code in your bag, in the same field as a discount code. The amount comes off your total and the rest of the balance stays on the card.
A gift card can be used alongside a discount code. A discount code cannot be used to buy a gift card - a gift card is money rather than merchandise, and selling money at a discount is not something we do.
More than one gift card can be used on a single order.
Checking a balance
Anyone holding a card can check its balance on this website. You do not need an account, and you do not need to have been the person who bought it - the card is for the recipient, so the balance should be too.
Looking after it
Treat the code the way you would treat cash. Anyone who has it can spend it, so we cannot replace a card whose code has been shared or lost, and we will never ask you for the full code by email or phone.
A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
If something goes wrong
If a gift card has not arrived or has arrived at the wrong address, write to order@aryamond.com with the order number. If it will not apply at checkout, contact support@aryamond.com. Please never email the full gift-card code.
