Aryamond Industries Private Limited collects the information needed to operate the website, fulfil orders, provide account and after-sales services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

- Contact, account and delivery details supplied by you.
- Order history, selected variants, payments and fulfilment status.
- Return, warranty, review and customer-care requests.
- Necessary technical records used for security and reliable operation.
Consent and sharing
Analytics remain off until you accept them. Declining does not reduce access to the website, and events captured before consent are discarded rather than queued. Advertising measurement is separate, and is described below.
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with service providers such as payment processors, carriers, account providers and messaging providers, or where disclosure is required by law.
Once WhatsApp messages are switched on, an order's tax invoice is also sent on WhatsApp when it is raised, to the contact mobile number given with that order or, if it has no Indian mobile number, the one on your account. A delivery address's number is never used.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and share the limited information described here with each of them to learn which of our ads lead to purchases.
When you place an order online, we share your email address with Google in scrambled (hashed) form, together with your order number, its value and time and, if you reached us from a Google ad, that ad's click identifier. We do this to learn which of our ads lead to purchases. It applies to every online order, whether or not you accept optional analytics cookies.
Unless you choose Decline on the cookie banner, Meta's pixel runs from your first page view. It tells Meta which pages and pieces you view, when you add a piece to your bag and when you start checkout, and Meta sets its own cookies to recognise your browser. It does not send your name, email address or phone number from your browser.
When an order placed from that browser is paid, we report the purchase to Meta: an order reference, its value and time and the pieces bought, together with Meta's browser identifiers, your browser type, the page you checked out from, and your email address and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form.
Choosing Decline, or pressing Escape while the banner is showing, switches Meta off: the pixel does not load, or stops if it had already started, its cookies are deleted from this site, and no purchase made from this browser is reported to Meta. It also deletes any ad click identifier we were keeping. It does not stop Google's tag, which runs on every page, or an order being shared with Google as described above. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
Shop assistant
We keep the conversation (what you type and what the assistant replies) for 12 months, then delete it. No conversation is used to train any model.
When a chat ends (you close it, start a new one, or send nothing for 30 minutes), a copy is emailed to our team so they can follow up. A chat that carries on is emailed again in full. That copy is kept with our customer correspondence rather than deleted with the chat.
Staff may read a conversation to help with a request. Reads in our staff console are permissioned and audited; the emailed copy is read by the team member it is sent to. To have a conversation or its emailed copy deleted sooner, write to the grievance officer at care@aryamond.com.
Every chat with the shop assistant starts by asking for your name and a phone number or email. We keep them with that chat, for the same 12 months, and email them to our team so they can get back to you; that email is kept with our customer correspondence rather than deleted with the chat. We use them for nothing else. To have them deleted sooner, write to the grievance officer at care@aryamond.com.
Your choices
You may ask what personal data we hold, request a correction, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion where we are not legally required to retain the record. Tax, fraud-prevention and accounting records may be kept for the period required by law.
